AnimeOne went full swing on this massive release bash we had today with six releases to know about
As I have posted a month plus ago I mentioned that I was working a number of Ova's for animeone and 2 for them finally got released after successful Qc.Go Team ^__^
One of the releases will be IRC ONLY that's cuz of Bandai holding the license for the show. Its the final ep of the OVA Yukikaze.
Animeone Has spent 4 years Subbing this show with the first 2 eps as a joint with ANBU and eps 3-5 as solo AnimeOne only project and its team member Kurenai-X last few fansubbing works before he retired from the scene back in Dec 2005.

We decided to release something different for our 1200th release.Yes we finally hit that target we set in 2005.That target was to reach 1200 releases before the month of June in 2006.Onward to 1300 then !!!
Release 1200 isn't really an anime but a collection of CG clips from the latest FF7 game: FFVII - Dirge of Cerberus. This release only contains all of FFVII - Dirge of Cerberus CG movies which do not spoil the story. Play the game if you wish to understand the whole plot."FFVII - Dirge of Cerberus is a direct sequence (story wise) to FFVIIAC. The English Version of the game will be Out at the end of the year.Look out for it.

We have received a good response to our QC Test application! Everyone has one chance to submit their application to us in order for us to assess your skill.
Remember you can take as long as you need to do the QC test but you can only submit it only once so double check your work !! :D

We have redone our QC Test from the next to insane failure test we were using before
.Only 1 person passed that test out of the hundreds that applied and we thought that it was too hardcore to have a 99.9% fail rate for just one test.
We decided to re-look and come up with a better more well rounded test [Ed: Easier!?] this time around for people to apply with.But In order to do so you need to join our IRC channel

Naruto ReThink
As most people would know AnimeOne has never been able to catch up with the crap speed fan-subbers out there due to our stance on quality over speed always. And we were like 18 eps behind on naruto [Ed: Or something along those lines].
We decided to break up our naruto subbing team into two groups, with the influx of new members in animeone we are hoping to speed up subbing of Naruto during this damn Filler season. We are still waiting for the anime to get back on track as per the manga.Naruto Manga is up to chapter 302 and the anime has at least 80 chapters worth to catch up on.
Hence we decided to release Naruto 159 along with 173-175 together today.We will continue to do 160-172 while we do 176+ at the same time.Expect the same old Hq AnimeOne subs as per usual from both this 2 teams :P
